Cancellation Policy

Payment is due when any repair is completed by NW Automotive Professionals LLC. Payment is by cash or card. If paying with card NW Automotive Professionals LLC will need a 5% car fee added to the bill. Checks are accepted by the full discretion and are subject to rejection at anytime by NW Automotive Professionals LLC and any one representing the interests on be half of NW Automotive Professionals LLC. Please call to change a appointment or to cancel appointment. If NW Automotive professionals LLC show up to the customers place date and time set when scheduling, the customer will be responsible for paying a non-refundable fee of $25.00. If customer wants to reschedule of schedule any future appointment this fee of $25.00 will need to be paid before any other further services are provided. All payments are subject to fee's if fee's are applicable. Customer is responsible for any parts and labor that are needed when performing any vehicle repairs or maintenance. Customer agrees to these terms when making any online payment or paying before work is perform. We at NW Automotive Professionals LLC stive for customer satisfaction.
